Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any products purchased, please email with any issues you have along with images of any faults. We use a third party courier for our gates so you will need to check the condition of the items before accepting.

Our gates undergo a full quality control inspection before being dispatched so any damage caused will have occurred during transit. If damage is found, the customer must inform us within 3 working days.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure their measurements are correct. Therefore, we can not return or exchange products that are the wrong size due to the customers incorrect calculations.
